I had the pleasure of working with Jus on a concept to activation project. Jus served as Design lead, overseeing a diverse team of experience, service and visual designers. As product lead, I’ve truly enjoyed collaborating with Jus as she quickly acclimated to a new organization and led a team to market testing within months. Jus’ strong design training and experience manifested in her well thought out approach as she leveraged many design thinking frameworks and principles while coaching a team new to agile as a way of work. In addition to her responsibilities as design lead, Jus also contributed by stepping up to address gaps as necessary, proactively managing a team that was mostly new to the organization, culture, pace and concept, in addition to agile.
